Sunday night my aunt text me to let me know she had covid because we'd spent Thanksgiving together. I tested myself but I think my recent booster caused my test to come back negative.  I spent most of the week resting and reading between dealing with my stuffy/runny nose and later my cough. The last Sunday of July, I spent the morning making pancakes with chocolate milk because I was out of regular milk. They came out pretty yummy. And I spent the afternoon watching Flowers In The Attic: The Origin, it was unhinged. But I had to watch cause I read these books when I had no business doing so.  Other than that I spent as much time as possible inside. The humidity was high. So I tried to cook as early as possible all week. My mother was in town again last weekend. And again I hadn't prepared my post....

I wish she could have stayed longer but had grandma sitting duties to take care of.   I was caught up on my ARC TBR and then my reading slowed down for some reason. I started Things We Do In The Dark just the other day thinking I'd already be done. It also doesn't help that I'm taking naps. I'm still having trouble with commenting on the blog. I can't reply to comments on my blog or leave comments on certain blogs. It's a little frustrating, I've cleared my history, made sure my settings are public, etc. and still the issue persists.  T...
