I saw this post idea as part of Top Ten Tuesday  from The Artsy Reader Girl, follow the link to learn more about it.   The list was for:   Book Series I Want To Finish. But I think I'm going to make this a weekly series, at least till the end of the year. First up: The De Wolfe Pack Series by Kathryn LeVeque I left off on Book 3 The Nighthawk in early 2020 but it's always in the back of my mind that I want to finish this series. I only meant to pause but ARCs took over my life. This series is 15 books long. Book 2 the Wolfe alone is 900ish pages. But I somehow managed to read it pretty quickly. The Wolfe introduces us to William the Wolf and Lady Jordan Scott. He's a feared knight and she saved him after a fierce battle.   Once a Laird  by  Mary Jo Putney My rating:  4 of 5 stars  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first book from this author and it will not be my last. I really enjoyed her writing style and this story. FYI this is a slow burn. After years away and many adventures, Kai Ramsay is returning home to Scotland. The last letter he received from home informs him of his grandfather's impending death. Upon his return, he is shocked to see that Signy Matheson has blossomed into quite a beautiful woman. She's been the old laird's right hand.
