  Wow!  It's the halfway point of the year, and time to check in on the Audiobook Challenge, hosted by    Caffeinated Reviewer  and  That’s What I’m Talking About .  So far, I've read 7 audiobooks and I'm listening to the eighth.  I chose Binge Listener as my goal for the year. I started this series in June and finished up in July. I was drawn in by the book's blurb and I also liked that I could listen to the audio for free through kindle unlimited.   It’s time for the 2023 Audiobook Challenge Mid-Year Check-In. This event is hosted by  Caffeinated Reviewer  and  That’s What I’m Talking About . My goal for the year is: My Precious I've read a total of 8 books so far.  So I've fallen behind.  I started an audio ARC a while back but put it down to concentrate on other books and I've ignored that I need to finish it. Two covers are missing because I got lazy. xo Alicia

 I read a total of 33 books last month.  The covers here are mainly from the ARCs I read.  All the other book covers were smutty historicals like the four covers above. I read 16 of those but did not want to edit all of them individually.  I DNF'd one book, it was an audiobook and I just couldn't get into it.   

  I planned to get this out sooner but life happened. So better late than never, here are my reading stats for April. I read a total of 21 books. 10 ARCs 8 KU/Kindle Unlimited 3 AUD/KU April was a little chaotic so I didn't screenshot all the book covers I read and I did not feel motivated to go back and grab screenshots of the ones I missed. Plus they also happen to be the books I wasn't crazy about.

  I didn't set a goal for myself because this was my first year participating. I wanted to see how many books I could read without pressure.
