Wicked Ruin: A Dark Irish Mafia Forbidden Love Romance by Jane Henry is now live!

He has a fiancée. But I’m carrying his secret.

I’ve been in love with Declan McCarthy for years. He’s dangerous. Forbidden. Already promised to another woman.
Every instinct told me to run the night he kissed me. I stayed anyway.
Now I’m carrying his baby and he doesn’t know it.

Declan’s sense of duty keeps him blind to the one person who’s loved him all along. I’ve spent years pining for a man who can't choose me.
Except now I can't hide this secret anymore.
If the truth comes out, I become a target. And the only man standing between me and the vengeance that's going to unleash is Declan.

Too bad, they don’t know he’s also the man who will burn the whole world down before he lets anyone touch what's his.

My Review

Wicked Ruin
by Jane Henry
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved these two so much! I almost read this in one sitting; that's how invested I was.

After her family's betrayal, Bridget Kavanagh was supposed to be exiled with them. But little did she know that Declan McCarthy stepped in to keep her safe.

The whole McCarthy family treats her as one of their own, but Declan is different. He's sweet with her and protective in a way that's different from her overprotective sister.

Declan has tried to keep his distance because, as much as he wants her, he made a promise to the family that he must fulfill.

They take one night for themselves, and now Bridget is pregnant.

They can't be together because he's set to marry someone else.

What is Bridget going to do?

Thanks so much to the author and ValentinePR for this ARC to review.
