I'll be honest, I was not expecting a Kellan redemption story, nor did I want one, but I was interested in getting to know Grace. And I'm glad I stuck around. I liked Grace, and I learned that growth was possible for Kellan.

Kellan Cooper has always been focused on his hockey career but after losing his best friend and her confidence, he's skating on thin ice. He's focused on redemption until he meets Cora James. She's bold, driven, and totally off-limits. She's also the team captain's little sister.

For Cora, college is her chance to step out of her overprotective brother's shadow. But her plans are thrown off when Kellan crashes into her life. She sees beneath his cocky exterior. As the lines between them begin to blur, they must decide if the risk is worth the reward of finding each other.
