I can't express how much I loved this book! I knew Damiano's book would be amazing and I wasn't wrong. I was on the edge of my seat, waiting for things to fall into place.

Gabriella was born into the Coss Nostra and always knew that an arranged marriage was in her future.
With the Capo dei Capi arriving in Sicily to give his cousin Stefano the approval, she knows her fate is sealed.
She has no wish to marry the man but also no choice in the matter.

Damiano Falco rules the Cosa Nostra mercilessly and with an iron fist. Everyone fears him and wouldn't dare to go against him. The last thing anyone expected to hear regarding the marriage was "No".

He does not give his approval or an explanation.

But he does not leave her there either. Her bags are packed and before Gabriella knows it she's flying in a private jet with the head of the Cosa Nostra. She has no idea what her future holds.

To say she's terrified would be an understatement.
