Something about these two, Honey and Dawson, was exciting from the start. I was really rooting for her to gain some independence after almost having to marry the man in love with her sister. It was a bit infuriating how much her family treated her like a child. I know she partially had a hand in that by transforming into the dutiful daughter after her sister left but I was glad to see her advocating for herself. Dawson needed to stop running away! Lol...

She was destined to marry another man when she met Dawson. He was charming and everything her father hated. She'd lived by her father's rule until she managed to escape. Somehow she's landed straight into the arms of the man who sells desire for a living.

He found her as innocent and breathtakingly beautiful, as her name described. It suited her perfectly. He knows he should stay away. But he plans to enjoy every second with her until she sends him away.
