It's Christmas Eve Eve and I can't believe it! Where did the time go? I realized that I didn't have any posts scheduled for the week, so I'm taking a little break but I wanted to wish all those that celebrate a Merry Christmas. Friday is my birthday! The plan was to get back into yoga last week but that was easier said than done. We had winds and a cold snap at the start of the week so that called for extra time in bed.
