Need a new book boyfriend? Ezra is just the guy to fill that role. His kids are pretty cute and I like Savannah, even when she drove me mad.
The bad guy reveal was good. I had a funny feeling about one of them but I never would have suspected how deeply involved he was.
Ezra, the town sheriff, found her trespassing on private property, sleeping in her car.
Savannah was ready to get away from him as soon as possible. Instead, he helped her find a job and eventually moved her into his house.
She first struggled to get close to everyone because her trust had been betrayed too many times. And Ezra was done for the moment he laid eyes on her.
Savannah can't resist when his little girl invites her to dinner. Spending time with his family is enough to make her completely fall.
But will she be able to trust him enough to share her secret with him?
