If you love angst, grab this book! Ryder and Dakota have pined for one another for a long time.
I had a feeling about one character but whoa when that little twist was revealed? I was shocked to say the least.

For years Ryder has done everything he can to put distance between himself and Dakota. He's always wanted her and that hasn't changed but he doesn't want the darker part of his life to touch her or her son.

When there is an attempt to break into her home, she reaches out to Ryder. Distance will now be impossible as he moves Dakota and her son into his home.

Being so close to one another isn't easy. Ryder wants to keep her safe and Dakota can't take another rejection from him.

Ryder is finally ready to close the door on his dark secret in order to be with Dakota. Because I can't go back to thway things were between them before.
