Second Chance at the Riverview Inn by Molly O'Keefe
My rating: 5 of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was sweet, fun, and emotional. Helen and Micah were easy to like and root for.
I haven't read the other books in the series but it wasn't a problem.

Four years ago Helen lost the love of her life but she couldn't wallow in her grief. Soon after she had her daughter to take care of and the love of her family to support her. She also helps with fundraising for Haven House.

When Micah the leader singer of her favorite band makes a donation she's almost sure it's a prank until he invites her to watch a rehearsal.

Micah is eager to see her again. She's helped him out twice. One she doesn't know about and the other she doesn't seem to remember.

She's very nervous and his usual charm isn't going to sway Helen. So, when he finds himself in jail Helen is the first person he calls to come bail him out.

The chemistry between them is real but Micah is holding something back.
Something that might push Helen away.
