Darkly Ever After by Silla Webb

I'm still working through the last few stories in this anthology.
Overall I'm giving this collection 5 stars.
Shattering Justice by Silla Webb 5/5 stars. Justice has been working as an informant against her abusive husband. Even engaging in a dangerous affair with the FBI agent who approached her. But when Harlan discovers a secret she kept hidden for years, she knows her only choice is to run.
I need the follow-up to this!
Finding Sin by Gwyn McNamee 4/5 stars. Rea and Konstandin. Her father is handing her over to a monster. Someone she has to marry. But when things start to go sideways Konstandin steps in and helps her get away from his brother.
Reap by Abbi Cook: 4/5 stars. Sienna and Alaric. She's the daughter of an enemy who Alaric is sent to kill. Instead Sienna falls into his hands and he decides to use her as a bargaining chip.
Devil's Den by Aidee Jaimes: Sarah and Alejandro 5/5 stars. She's traveling with a friend and her family to Mexico. They get ambushed and she later finds out from A that the people she eas traveling with are human traffickers with plans to steal her baby. Since the death of his wife and unborn son A has made it his mission to take out traffickers. Falling for Sarah was never part of his plan.
Twisted prince by Beck Knight 3.5/5 stars. Edith and Nickolaj. This was very, very, short but it really pulled me in. I was left wanting more.
Depraved souls by Christy Anderson 3.5/5 stars. Knox and Little Bird. There's a lot more going on in this one and I feel like I didn't get enough information to really enjoy it.
Illicit Act by Cora Kenborn 3.5/5 stars. Mikhail and Zasha He's hired to kill Zasha. Hasn't seen her in years and they end up sleeping together when he realizes who she is.
Mogul by Cole Denton 4/5 stars. Michael and Aria. She's at his mountain resort with a man who owes him a lot of money. The plan is to take her from him. But that plan is fast-forwarded when he finds her stumbling out of the elevator and she's been hurt.
Snatch by Indie Hayes 5/5 stars. Eden trades herself in order to protect her father. She's taken to an island to be trained and eventually sold to the highest bidder. The next book Split comes out 10/18/2022, need to read it!
Dangerous Reign by Jagger Cole 5/5 stars. Adrian and Celeste. She's the only woman he's ever loved but following the death of his father, they part ways. Her father tells Adrian to stay away from her because she's marrying someone else. Her father feeds her lies about Adrian to make sure she stays away from him. Three years later she seeks him out to ask for help as she believes someone is out to kill her after the deaths of her husband and father-in-law leaving a huge empire in her hands.
Counterplay by Jennifer Rebecca 5/5 stars. Marco and Delilah. She's tracked the Perez men learning everything she can about them. Because Marco's father turned her world upside down many years ago and she has plans to get her revenge.
Tainted Beginnings by Khardine Gray and Faith Summers 5/5 stars. Nick and Tenessee. It was only supposed to be one night. But when the man Nick has been looking for threatens the woman he suddenly has feelings for, he has no choice but to find her and protect her.
Taken by the Mafia by Lee Savino & KT. Strange 5/5 stars. Leah and Royal. He's watched over her for quite some time. He's known for over a year that she's the one for him and it's finally time to make her his.
