Ugh...I love this series so much!
If you have read this series before I definitely recommend starting with the first book in the series. Things that happened in other books are discussed here.
I felt so many different emotions reading this. Arrocchar and Mac have a lot of angst to work through on top of figuring out who is sending Arro crypt messages. The tension is good as we wait for them to finally get it together and be together.

For years Arro has been in love with Mac, her brother's ex-bodyguard and best friend. With both of her brothers involved with younger women, Arro figures no one can object to her and Mac, especially after he's kept her at a distance.

When she attempts to finally seduce him he flat-out rejects her. It's the last straw for Arro. She blocks his number and stays as far away from him as she can only crossing words when necessary.

Until Arro begins receiving the same creepy messages her brother once received. Forcing her to have round-the-clock security including Mac. It pains her to have to see him every day but Mac will do anything to make sure she is safe.
