I already loved Jud from the first book. He and Salem together had amazing chemistry. Their story sucked me in and would not let go. There were a few scenes between them that left me feeling a little breathless. And when we start to get glimpses at their individual pasts we learn so much about what has shaped these two. I had my suspicions about a certain character and I was still shocked when it was all revealed.
I can't wait for Logan's book.

Jud found her stranded on the side of the road. She had no choice but to accept his offer of help.
There's no doubt that he's attracted to her.
Jud offers to help fix her car and she refuses to accept his help.
He needs help and offers her the job.
They cannot ignore their attraction.
But both are keeping secrets.
When those secrets become exposed will they be able to make it work?
