Peaky Blinders meets God of Malice was enough to draw me in.
The beginning felt a little slow for me, and it did pick up before the end. There were a few parts in the end that felt slightly rushed. Overall, I liked it.

Catriona never planned on becoming a mafia bride.

But when she learns that her sister will be forced to marry Aiden O'Connor, the Irish Mafia's most lethal enforcer, to pay off her father's debt, she does the unimaginable.

She marries him instead.

Aiden is ruthless, possessive, and unhinged.
And now she is his, to control, to punish, and to keep.

When he takes his revenge in the dark, pinning her down, whispering filthy threats and making her beg, when she swore she never would.
