I enjoyed Fang and Cami's story; it took me a minute to get into it while I tried to remember Fang. Cami's childhood was not easy, so check your trigger warnings. It also affects her in the present day, but that starts to change when she lets Fang in.

Cami's tough upbringing led her to stripping to make ends meet because she refuses to be like her mother.

Meeting Fang changed her life. He manages the club, not something he really wanted to do, but he'll do it if it helps make his brothers' lives easier.

All Cami does at the club is dance, but she notices Fang watching.

He doesn't mind that Cami comes with baggage. He's willing to take it slow to get the girl.
