My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I have been waiting and thinking about this conclusion since I finished the Heroes We Break. And it was so good and I didn't have to wait long. I was not prepared for the twists in this but I enjoyed them. The secrets her father has been keeping, a few deaths, and that last rescue!
After the rescue, Ophelias awakes in a home she doesn't recognize. Silas is there and he lets her know that they will be getting married. Because she can't marry Ethan, if she's already married to him.
He used to be her hero and now he's one of her villains.
One thing she knows for sure is that whenever she's needed him or been in danger, he always comes for her.
He needs her to understand that this marriage is real and that he married her because he loves her.
And he'll continue to protect her forever.
