Remember to check your triggers and this does end in a cliffhanger.
I loved the intimate scenes between these two. All the academic scenes were great as well, it felt very dark academic and I loved that. And that ending left me feeling so emotional.

She needed to earn some extra cash for school and her roommate had an unconventional idea—a one-night stand with a stranger for no less than five hundred dollars. Imagine her surprise when he walks into her first day of class. He's her new professor. And her ex's father.

They vow to stay away from one another. But the pull is strong.

He's secretive and possessive and knows a lot about her but mystery surrounds him.

Shadows threaten the entire university and their forbidden love.
