I've been anticipating this couple's story. I love Iris and Gage so much!
They start off hot and heavy at the beginning and slowly work towards a relationship that suits them both. And lean on each other beautifully when they need it. First when Iris receives some unexpected news about her husband and later when Gage learns about the man who killed his family.

After suddenly losing the love of her life, Iris can finally feel the fog of her grief lifting and with the help of her Wild Widows, she's finally ready to move forward.

There's one person who understands what she's been through. He's also suffered losses. But she can no longer ignore the things she feels for him and she's willing to put it all out there even if he's not ready for the things she wants.
