I've liked Hana and Scar since we met them in Fearless. He's older and trying to stay away but she makes it impossible. What I wasn't expecting was how emotional this book would be.

After all the terrible things Hana has been through, she's working hard to overcome her past. Photography comes easy to her and with the help of her sister is preparing for a show in New York.

Knowing that the threat against her is still out there Scar is still keeping an eye on her. And trying to stay away. When she asks to sleep with him because his presence keeps the nightmares away he agrees even though he's trying to resist the attraction he feels.

He's still feeling a little guilty about the fact that he worked for the man that SA'd her. He knows he should tell her but he can't seem to find the right time. Will she be about to forgive him?
