I really enjoyed Nick and Lyriope and can't wait for the next book!
I really like that Lyriope is not afraid to stand up for herself or up to Nick. I like that Nick for all his darkness just wants to take care of her. They have great chemistry.
I have so many questions and I wonder what will be answered in the next book.

After their original bargain, Nick hasn't contacted Lyriope in some time. So she tags along with her cousin Sasha to the Wonderland party. When she uses the Morelli name, little does she know the danger she's exposing herself to.

Now Nick must move up his plans and he takes her to his home that night. It's the best way to keep her safe and so she can fulfill her payment to him.

Of course, Nick doesn't want to let her go but he negotiates the terms of their agreement. He has plans to prolong their arrangement as long as he can.

Nick brings out desires Lyriope never knew she had.

But when a message is delivered to Nick's home breaking the peace she's just recently found, Lyriope makes a decision that will lead her to a new adventure.
