I have been waiting for this book ever since I read the preview in Truly's Biker. I loved Khan and Bex so much. Their chemistry is so good. Even when things are strained the pull is still there no matter how much they try to resist. I just want to back and read this all over again.
Bexley is the Royal Bastards' lawyer because they pay her well. And Khan is her current client. But he really presses her buttons. Constantly flirting, and she's not about to fall her it. No matter how sexy he is. Besides she has his case to focus on, she just never expected her past to come back to haunt her.
She took steps to ensure her safety but she's ready to run but not ready to leave the life she's built for herself.
Khan loves that Bex can take what he dishes out and give it right back. He is ready to show her that his attraction for her is real. When she tells him that she's leaving he manages to find out what has her running and he convinces her to stay at the compound while they figure out what her ex is up to.
