This Week

Thanks from my brother and I for the birthday wishes.

I felt like I was having a hard time getting through this last week.

The change really messed with my internal clock. It was hard to fall asleep and hard some days to wake up. It also felt like the hours were slipping by.

And I did no yoga whatsoever.

I'm hoping to fix that this week.
